No, we all online through our app.
What type of training do you do?
I believe there is no ONE set way of training. I write plans based on goals. I do focus on strength training as that is key in a healthy sustainable lifestyle.
What Equipment do I need?
Equipment needs will vary based on program/plan. However Having access to a a full gym is beneficial. Minimum you will need some sort of free-wights for most program
What kind of diets do you use?
I not subscribe to a certain diet. I choose to build diets around balance. I focus heavily on Macronutrients (protein, fats & carbs). I try to educate people on how to eat correct portion and food choices while still being able to enjoy social functions and their favorite foods. I will accommodate lifestyle and food preferences the best I can.
